I would recommend Brad Schreiber and City View to my best friend with the full knowledge that they would remain my best friend. City View has made good on every promise throughout the building period and for the few punch list items that needed completion. We’ve been in our home for almost a year now, and my wife and I could not be happier with our home.

We had a great experience working with City View with our condo. They have a great reputation and justifiably so — they were professional, reliable, and designed and built a condo that was not the typical cookie-cutter layout and style we had been seeing with most new construction in the area. We are so happy with the end result — the workmanship in our place is suburb and it looks fantastic.

At first we were hesitant on new construction due to what we had seen out there. However, City View exceeded expectations. We appreciated the high quality materials and fixtures as well as the caliber of workmanship and attention to detail. They were able to truly create something uniquely our own.

We had been looking for about three months, and each house seemed to have a design or quality issue that was so glaring, we had no interest. Our broker finally told us that a builder he knew had decided to put his house on the market. Once we saw the house, there was no need to look any further. We knew this builder had an aesthetic similar to our own, and unlike any other homes, we could visualize this space as our own.
